CHAIRMAN'S GREETINGS

 

 

The Eminence International College (EIC) represents another milestone in the concept of the Complete Education For Alternative Development (CEFAD). It arose from a deep sense of loss on witnessing a worldwide deterioration in values, and a switchover in the youth towards a more materialistic culture. The seed that was planted in the initial founding of the Student Welfare Organisation of Bangladesh in 1978 grew into a tree and bore fruits with the founding of the School, College, University and finally the EIC.

Today's world is a world of global competition and cooperation. One has to develop a global outlook in his or her knowledge and actions. We adhere to a policy of maintaining a strict dress code and proficiency in both English and Bengali. At the same time, we place utmost emphasis on self-reliance and development of social and cultural values, which reflect our national identity.

It shall fall upon today's students to take over the governance of the country in the future. They are the ones through whose dedication and selfless services will be determined whether this country can proudly hold its place high in the family of nations. It is our policy at EIC to treat students as human resources and not as commodities. Our objective is to impart the best possible education on them today so that they can be better guardians tomorrow. Towards attaining this objective, we place the highest importance on maintaining regular highly trained faculties along with well-equipped library and laboratories. Besides study, we encourage all students and faculties to participate in social programs and activities.

I exhort the new students to uphold the proud message of your institution. You have entered the EIC with clear visions of a bright future. It is our solemn promise that you will be served with the best possible education. Your duty would be to make the best use of the facilities to be succeeded with honour and dignity. By doing so, all of us at EIC can take pride in your accomplishments for years and generations to come. As students and future graduates from this College, we expect you not only to build a career but also become responsible citizens and serve the nation faithfully.
