Parent-Teacher Meetings and Report Cards

The academic year commences in July and end in June. Progress reports are given in each quarter when parents and guardians are invited to collect report cards personally and discuss program with respective members. Parents can also go through checked exam scripts during such meetings.

Visiting Hours

The administrative section has its own timings for visitors. Parents or guardians to requested to observe or maintain these timings strictly for meeting with the Director or respective faculty members. It is ad visible to make a prior appointment over the telephone.

Professional Development

Faculty members are encouraged to engage themselves regularly towards professional development. Academic guide lines are provided to all faculty in order ensure quality delivery and proper implementation of the curriculum. Faculty members are given an in depth orientation of the institution and the curriculum with teaching techniques to be followed.

Remedial and supplementary classes

Supplementary remedial classes are offered as part of the regular schedule. Four (4) periods of 45 minutes each are allotted every week from 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm (Sunday to Wednesday). Students who require further assistance can avail the opportunity for better reinforcement.

Absences and late attendance

Students arriving late at EISC will be subjected to written explanation. Attending late on 3 (three) consecutive day will be marked absent for one day. If a student due to illness or ill health a letter must be submitted on the day of rejoining EISC. Any long absence will have to be justified through written application.
